During your exam an eye doctor views the inside and outside of the eye to detect the extent of the injury or infection and develops a treatment plan. Possible treatments include prescription medication, removal of foreign body, and follow up exam if needed.

"My son took a baseball to the face in a game. I was at a big trauma center and it was obvious they did not know much about treating the eye. Dr. Ostrander was very helpful, and referred us to a specialist. He gave me the answers and solutions I was looking for, giving me peace of mind. Thank you"!- patient, DENISE PROMES
